While I see where he is coming from, I would counter his argument with this: Are you going to wear a t-shirt and jeans in a courtroom? If you show up in a earthly judge's courtroom wearing jeans and a t-shirt, first, they probably won't even let you in the courthouse. Secondly, the judge is likely going to hold you in contempt.
